मुंबई के डिंडोशी पुलिस स्टेशन (Dindoshi Police Station) इलाके में एक 13 साल की बच्ची के साथ छेड़छाड़ का मामला सामने आया है. पीड़िता के बयान के आधार पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 354 और पोक्सो एक्ट (POCSO Act) के तहत मामला दर्ज करने के बाद आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया हैं. जिसे कोर्ट में पेश किया जाएगा.
