Mumbai: बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने हसन मुश्रीफ को दी बड़ी राहत, ED को दो हफ्ते तक गिरफ्तारी नहीं करने का निर्देश
राज्य के पूर्व मंत्री और राष्ट्रवादी कांग्रेस पार्टी के मौजूदा विधायक हसन मुश्रीफ को बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने राहत दी है. प्रवर्तन निदेशालय के मामलों में कोर्ट ने हसन मुश्रीफ को अगले दो हफ्ते तक गिरफ्तार नहीं करने का निर्देश दिया है.
राज्य के पूर्व मंत्री और राष्ट्रवादी कांग्रेस पार्टी के मौजूदा विधायक हसन मुश्रीफ को बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने राहत दी है. प्रवर्तन निदेशालय के मामलों में कोर्ट ने हसन मुश्रीफ को अगले दो हफ्ते तक गिरफ्तार नहीं करने का निर्देश दिया है. इस बीच, अदालत ने हसन मुश्रीफ के खिलाफ मामला रद्द करने की याचिका पर सुनवाई स्थगित कर दी है. इसके अलावा कोर्ट ने मुश्रीफ को गिरफ्तारी से पहले जमानत के लिए बॉम्बे सेशंस कोर्ट में उचित आवेदन करने को भी कहा.
प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने दर्ज विभिन्न मामलों में पूछताछ के लिए पेश होने के लिए हसन मुश्रीफ को नोटिस जारी किया है. यह मामला कोल्हापुर जिले की एक सहकारी चीनी फैक्ट्री का है.
