मुंबई, 10 दिसंबर: कुर्ला बस दुर्घटना में मृतकों में से एक के पिता ने कहा, "मेरी बेटी अपनी नौकरी से लौट रही थी. जब यह घटना हुई और उसकी जान चली गई. कुर्ला स्टेशन पर बस डिपो बनाया गया. मैं सीएम से अनुरोध करता हूं कि इस मामले को देखें और इस पर कार्रवाई करें. हमें न्याय चाहिए, ड्राइवर को कड़ी सजा मिलनी चाहिए." 9 दिसंबर 2024 को कुर्ला में एक BEST बस के साथ हुई एक भयानक दुर्घटना में चार मासूम लोगों की जान चली गई, जबकि 35 से ज़्यादा लोग घायल हो गए. मृतकों की संख्या बढ़ने की आशंका है क्योंकि कुछ पीड़ितों की हालत गंभीर बनी हुई है. भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) ने इस घटना की कड़ी निंदा की है और बृहन्मुंबई इलेक्ट्रिक सप्लाई एंड ट्रांसपोर्ट अंडरटेकिंग (BEST) प्रशासन से तत्काल कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है. यह भी पढ़ें: Kurla BEST Bus Accident: कुर्ला बस हादसे में अब तक 7 की मौत, सीएम फडणवीस ने घटना पर जताया दुख, परिजनों को 5 लाख रुपये मुआवजा का ऐलान
