केरल हाईकोर्ट ने कहा "ईश्वर हर जगह है. अगर मुस्लिम समुदाय अपनी 'प्रार्थना' मस्जिद में ही करना चाहता है, तो वे अपने निवास के पास एक नया प्रार्थना हॉल बनाने के बजाय निकटतम मस्जिद में जा सकते हैं"
केरल हाईकोर्ट (Kerala High Court) ने एक नई मस्जिद (New Mosque) के लिए अनुमति से इनकार करते हुए कहा "ईश्वर हर जगह है. अगर मुस्लिम समुदाय (Muslim Community) अपनी 'प्रार्थना' मस्जिद में ही करना चाहता है, तो वे अपने निवास के पास एक नया प्रार्थना हॉल बनाने के बजाय निकटतम मस्जिद में जा सकते हैं"
हाई कोर्ट ने कहा कि "केरल की अजीबोगरीब भौगोलिक स्थिति के कारण, इसे 'ईश्वर के अपने देश' के रूप में जाना जाता है, लेकिन हम धार्मिक स्थलों और प्रार्थना कक्षों से थक चुके हैं और हम रेयर केस को छोड़कर किसी भी नए धार्मिक स्थान और प्रार्थना हॉल की अनुमति देने की स्थिति में नहीं हैं."
