राघव चड्ढा को दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट से राहत, नहीं खाली करना होगा टाइप-7 सरकारी बंगला; बोले- यह संविधान को बचाने की लड़ाई

आम आदमी पार्टी के राज्यसभा सांसद राघव चड्ढा के टाइप 7 सरकारी बंगले के आवंटन को रद्द करने को चुनौती देने के मामले में दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट से राहत मिल गई है. राघव चड्ढा को फिलहाल बंगला खाली नहीं करना होगा. दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने निचली अदालत के सरकारी बंगला खाली करने के फैसले पर फिलहाल रोक लगा दी है. सरकारी बंगला खाली करने के मामले में दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट से मंगलवार (17 सितंबर) को राहत मिलने पर आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) के सांसद राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि सत्य और न्याय की जीत हुई है.

आप नेता राघव चड्ढा ने सोशल मीडिया एक्स पर लिखा, ''ये मकान या दुकान की नहीं, संविधान को बचाने की लड़ाई है. आखिर में सच और न्याय की जीत हुई.'' उन्होंने बयान जारी कर कहा कि मैं दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट का फैसले का स्वागत करता हूं.
