एडवाइजरी में कहा गया है कि टेलीविजन चैनलों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे ऐसी पृष्ठभूमि के व्यक्तियों के बारे में रिपोर्टों/संदर्भों और विचारों/एजेंडा को कोई भी मंच देने से बचें, जिनमें वे लोग भी शामिल हैं जिनके खिलाफ गंभीर अपराध/आतंकवाद के आरोप हैं और जो ऐसे संगठनों से संबंधित हैं जिन्हें कानून द्वारा प्रतिबंधित किया गया है. भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 19(2) के तहत निर्धारित उचित प्रतिबंध.
