हिमाचल प्रदेश के कांगड़ा जिले में पौंग बांध से पानी छोड़े जाने के कारण हालात काफी खराब हैं. फ़िलहाल कांगड़ा जिले के इंदौरा में बाढ़ पीड़ितों को बचाने और राहत पहुंचाने के लिए अभियान फिर से शुरू.
