राजधानी दिल्ली में गुटखा, पान मसाला और फ्लेवर्ड तंबाकू पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा. दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने राजधानी में तंबाकू, पान मसाला, गुटखा और इसी तरह के उत्पादों के निर्माण, भंडारण, वितरण और बिक्री पर रोक लगाने वाली अधिसूचना को बरकरार रखा है. मुख्य न्यायाधीश सतीश चंद्र शर्मा और न्यायमूर्ति यशवंत वर्मा की पीठ ने पिछले साल 27 सितंबर को एकल पीठ के उस आदेश को रद्द कर दिया, जिसमें सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य के हित में धुंआ रहित तंबाकू के निर्माण, भंडारण और बिक्री को रोकने वाली विभिन्न सरकारी अधिसूचनाओं को रद्द कर दिया गया था.
