बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने अपनी भाभी से बलात्कार करने वाले व्यक्ति की अर्जी पर सुनवाई करते हुए कहा "एक बलात्कार के दोषी की अधिक उम्र और अदालत की सुनवाई में नियमित उपस्थिति कानून के तहत न्यूनतम सजा से कम सजा का कारण नहीं हो सकती है."
बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट (Bombay High Court) ने अपनी मूकबधिर भाभी से बलात्कार (Rape) करने वाले व्यक्ति की जेल की सजा को बढ़ाते हुए कहा "एक बलात्कार के दोषी की अधिक उम्र और अदालत की सुनवाई में नियमित उपस्थिति कानून के तहत न्यूनतम सजा से कम सजा का कारण नहीं हो सकती है." आपको बता दें कि दोषी ने साल 2005 में अपनी भाभी के साथ रेप किया था.
