Mumbai: मस्जिदों के लाउडस्पीकर को लेकर HC ने पुलिस को लगाई फटकार, कहा- ध्वनि प्रदूषण पर कार्रवाई ना करना कोर्ट की अवमानना है
बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने कहा, "मस्जिदों से होने वाले ध्वनि प्रदूषण पर कार्रवाई करने में विफलता अदालत की अवमानना है." कोर्ट ने मुंबई पुलिस को जवाब दाखिल करने का निर्देश दिया है.
मस्जिदों में लगाए गए लाउडस्पीकरों (Mosques Loudspeakers) से होने वाले ध्वनि प्रदूषण के खिलाफ शिकायतें मिलने के बाद भी कार्रवाई नहीं करने पर बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट (Bombay High Court) ने मुंबई पुलिस को फटकार लगाई है. बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने कहा, "मस्जिदों से होने वाले ध्वनि प्रदूषण पर कार्रवाई करने में विफलता अदालत की अवमानना है." कोर्ट ने मुंबई पुलिस को जवाब दाखिल करने का निर्देश दिया है. अदालत एक स्थानीय निवासी की याचिका पर सुनवाई कर रही थी. मामले पर अगली सुनवाई 29 मई को होगी.
