भारत में इजराइल के राजदूत नाओर गिलोन (Naor Gilon) ने ट्वीट किया, "यहूदी छुट्टियों के दौरान इजराइल पर गाजा से रॉकेट और हमास आतंकवादियों की जमीनी घुसपैठ से संयुक्त हमला हो रहा है. स्थिति सरल नहीं है लेकिन इजराइल जीतेगा."
भारत में इजराइल के राजदूत नाओर गिलोन (Naor Gilon) ने ट्वीट किया, "यहूदी छुट्टियों के दौरान इजराइल पर गाजा से रॉकेट और हमास आतंकवादियों की जमीनी घुसपैठ से संयुक्त हमला हो रहा है. स्थिति सरल नहीं है लेकिन इजराइल जीतेगा." इजराइली सेना का कहना है कि वह गाजा पट्टी में लक्ष्यों को निशाना बना रही है. हमास के कई चरमपंथियों के इजराइल में घुसने की भी खबर सामने आई है. आतंकवादी समूह हमास द्वारा इजराइल के खिलाफ एक नये सैन्य अभियान की घोषणा करने के बाद यरूशलम में हवाई हमले के लिए सतर्क करने वाले सायरन बज रहे हैं. हमास की सैन्य शाखा के एक नेता ने दावा किया कि उसने नये सैन्य अभियान के तहत इजराइल में 5,000 से अधिक रॉकेट दागे हैं.
