Air India Urination Case: एअर इंडिया की फ्लाइट में एक महिला पर पेशाब करने के आरोपी शंकर मिश्रा की जमानत याचिका पर दिल्ली की पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट ने फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया है. दिल्ली पुलिस ने शंकर मिश्रा को जमानत देने का विरोध किया.
शंकर मिश्रा की ओर से पेश वकील मनु शर्मा ने कहा कि एफआईआर में केवल एक गैर-जमानती अपराध का उल्लेख है, अन्य जमानती अपराध हैं. आरोपी की तरफ से वकील ने कहा कि "वो शराब पीने पर नियंत्रित नहीं कर सके लेकिन पैंट खोलना यौन इच्छा के लिए नहीं था. शिकायतकर्ता ने उन्हें एक कामुक व्यक्ति के रूप में नहीं माना है."
