Air India Urination Case: एयर इंडिया विमान में महिला पर पेशाब करने वाले आरोपी शंकर मिश्रा को दिल्ली की पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट ने जमानत मिल गई है. दिल्ली पुलिस ने पिछले साल 26 नवंबर को न्यूयॉर्क से नई दिल्ली जाने वाली एयर इंडिया की फ्लाइट में एक महिला पर कथित रूप से पेशाब करने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया गया था. इससे पहले दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने सोमवार को शंकर मिश्रा की जमानत याचिका पर अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था. मिश्रा पर न्यूयॉर्क-दिल्ली एयर इंडिया के विमान में नशे की हालत में एक बुजुर्ग महिला सहयात्री के ऊपर पेशाब करने का आरोप है.

पक्षकारों की दलीलें सुनने के बाद पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट के अतिरिक्त सत्र न्यायाधीश (एएसजे) हरज्योत सिंह भल्ला ने अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया. उन्होंने कहा कि मिश्रा ने कथित तौर पर जो किया है वह घिनौना है, लेकिन अदालत कानून का पालन करने के लिए बाध्य है.
