Reliance Industries Slows Hiring: जियोमार्ट से छंटनी के बाद रिलायंस से भर्ती प्रक्रिया को भी किया धीमा

Reliance JioMart में लगभग 1,000 कर्मचारियों की छंटनी की घोषणा के बाद, अंबानी परिवार के नेतृत्व वाली Reliance Industries (RIL) ने कथित तौर पर लागत-दक्षता अभियान शुरू किया है. इसके तहत, रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज कथित तौर पर रिलायंस रिटेल और रिलायंस जियो इन्फोकॉम दोनों में भर्ती प्रक्रिया को धीमा कर रही है.

लाइवमिंट की एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, रिलायंस छंटनी इस लागत-दक्षता ड्राइव में लागू होने वाला एकमात्र कदम नहीं है. अंबानी की अगुवाई वाली आरआईएल रिलायंस रिटेल और रिलायंस जियो इन्फोकॉम दोनों में मुआवजे के बेंचमार्क की समीक्षा कर रही है और अंडरपरफॉर्मर्स को पिंक स्लिप दे रही है.
