असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंत बिस्वा सरमा ने राज्यवासियों से अपील की है कि 10 मई से आगे होने वाले सभी बीहू कार्यक्रम रद्द कर दिए जाएं.
Assam CM Himanta Biswa on Bihu: असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंत बिस्वा सरमा ने राज्यवासियों से अपील की है कि 10 मई से आगे होने वाले सभी बीहू कार्यक्रम रद्द कर दिए जाएं. उन्होंने कहा कि बीते एक महीने में असम ने बड़े जोश और उत्साह के साथ बीहू महोत्सव मनाया है. हर कोने में सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों के जरिए लोग एकजुट हुए और त्योहार की खुशी बांटी. सीएम सरमा ने सभी लोगों का धन्यवाद करते हुए कहा कि अब समय है इस पर्व को सम्मानपूर्वक समाप्त करने का. उन्होंने लोगों से अनुरोध किया है कि जिस भावना और एकता के साथ बीहू मनाया गया, उसी भावना से अब इसे एक सुंदर समापन दें.
उनकी इस अपील को राज्यभर में सराहना मिल रही है और लोग इसे एक जिम्मेदार निर्णय मान रहे हैं.
