Article 370 Verdict: आर्टिकल 370 पर फैसला सुनाते हुए SC ने मोदी सरकार को दिए निर्देश, जम्मू-कश्मीर में सितंबर 2024 तक विधानसभा का कराए चुनाव
संविधान के अनुच्छेद 370 को निरस्त करने को चुनौती देने वाली याचिकाओं पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुनाते हुए कहा कि धारा 370 एक अस्थायी प्रावधान है. जिसके बाद कोर्ट ने अनुच्छेद 370 को निरस्त करने वाली याचिकों को ख़ारिज कर दिया.

Article 370 Verdict: जम्मू-कश्मीर को लेकर संविधान के अनुच्छेद 370 को निरस्त करने को चुनौती देने वाली याचिकाओं पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है. जिस फैसले में केंद्र की मोदी सरकार की जीत हुई है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट की पांच जजों की संविधान पीठ ने अनुच्छेद 370 (Article 370) को निरस्त करने को चुनौती देने वाली याचिक पर फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा कि धारा 370 एक अस्थायी प्रावधान है. वहीं आगे अपने फैसले में भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश (सीजेआई) डी.वाई. चंद्रचूड़ ने सोमवार को कहा कि दिसंबर 2018 में जम्मू-कश्मीर में लगाए गए राष्ट्रपति शासन की वैधता पर फैसला देने की जरूरत नहीं है. कोर्ट के इस फैसले के अब्द जम्मू-कश्मीर में जल्द से जल्द विधानसभा का चुनाव हो. इस पर भी भी सीजेआई डी.वाई. चंद्रचूड़ ने मोदी सरकार को अहम निर्देश दिए हैं. सीजेआई ने अपने अपने निर्देश में जम्मू कश्मीर में अगले साल 2024 में विधानसभा का चुनाव करने को कहा है. यह भी पढ़े: Article 370 Verdict: अब नहीं लौटेगा आर्टिकल 370, जम्मू-कश्मीर में 30 सितंबर 2024 तक होंगे विधानसभा चुनाव
