बैंक घोटालों के मामलों में भगोड़ा घोषित भारतीय कारोबारी विजय माल्या को लेकर सोमवार को लंदन हाई कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट ने माल्या को दिवालिया घोषित कर दिया हैं. कोर्ट के इस फैसले के बाद भारतीय बैंक विजय माल्या की संपत्तियों पर आसानी से कब्जा कर सकेंगी
