World Relays: रूपल चौधरी, एम आर पूवम्मा, ज्योतिका श्री दांडी और सुभा वेंकटेशन की भारतीय चौकड़ी ने नासाउ, बहामास में विश्व एथलेटिक्स रिले में 3:29.35 का समय लेकर दूसरा स्थान हासिल किया है. वे पेरिस ओलंपिक 2024 के लिए अपना टिकट बुक करने के लिए जमैका (3:28.54) से थोड़ा पीछे रहे. बता दें की एक दिन पहले, भारतीय 4x400 मीटर रिले टीम अपने पहले दौर के क्वालीफाइंग हीट में 3:29.74 के समय के साथ पांचवें स्थान पर रही.
