बैडमिंटन विश्व चैंपियनशिप में भारत की पुरुष जोड़ी सात्विकसाईराज रंकीरेड्डी और चिराग शेट्टी ने मलेशिया के आरोन चिया और सोह वूई यिक से 20-22, 21-18, 21-16 से हारकर कांस्य पदक जीता.
वर्ल्ड बैडमिंटन चैम्पियनशिप-2022 (World Badminton Championships 2022) का आयोजन इस बार जापान (Japan) में किया जा रहा है. यह टूर्नामेंट 21 से 28 अगस्त तक खेला जाना है. यह पहली बार है जब जापान टूर्नामेंट की मेजबानी करेगा. इसमें कुल 364 एथलीट 46 देशों के विश्व चैंपियन खिताब के लिए प्रतिस्पर्धा करेंगे
