Wrestlers Protest: यौन शोषण के आरोपी डब्ल्यूएफआई प्रमुख और भाजपा सांसद बृजभूषण शरण सिंह ने कहा कि '' अगर मेरे खिलाफ एक भी आरोप साबित होता है, तो मैं खुद को फांसी लगा लूंगा.' महिला पहलवानों द्वारा यौन उत्पीड़न के आरोपों का सामना कर रहे बृजभूषण सिंह ने कहा 'पहलवानों द्वारा अपने मेडल को गंगा में फेंकने का फैसला उनका था. आगे-आगे देखिए होता है क्या. जांच तो करने दीजिए, अब तो हमारे हाथ में कुछ नहीं है. अब मामला दिल्ली पुलिस के हाथ में है.’
बृजभूषण शरण सिंह ने कहा, ‘पहलवानों के निवेदन पर ही एफआईआर (FIR) हुई. अब जांच चल रही है. अब उसमें हम उनकी क्या मदद कर सकते हैं. अब आज मेडल फेंकने गई थीं गंगा जी में…अब गंगाजी के बजाय टिकैत को दे दिया तो ये उनका स्टैंड है. इसमें हम क्या कर सकते हैं.’
