तेलंगाना (Telangana) के हैदराबाद (Hyderabad) में एक एनजीओ ने सड़क दुर्घटनाओं से बचाने के लिए आवारा कुत्तों के लिए फ्लोरोसेंट कॉलर बनाए हैं. एनजीओ के एक अधिकारी ने बताया, हमनें कॉलर को एकदम हल्का बनाया है और यह कॉलर जानवरों के लिए सुरक्षित होते हैं. रात में ड्राइविंग करने वाले लोगों को दूरी से जानवरों की पहचान करने में मदद करेंगे.
