TATA का बड़ा ऐलान, मार्च 2024 तक विस्तारा एयरलाइंस और Air India का होगा मर्जर
सिंगापुर एयरलाइंस और टाटा संस ने एयर इंडिया और विस्तारा के विलय पर सहमति जता दी है.
सिंगापुर एयरलाइंस (SIA) और टाटा संस (Tata Sons) ने एयर इंडिया (Air India) और विस्तारा (Vistara) के विलय पर सहमति जता दी है. 29 नवंबर को मर्जर के बारे में आधिकारिक जानकारी रिलीज की गई. इस डील के तहत सिंगापुर एयरलाइंस Air India में 2058 करोड़ रुपए का निवेश करेगी.
