Rahul Gandhi In Problem Again: मोदी सरनेम मामले में राहुल गांधी की मुश्किलें कम नहीं हो रही है. सूरत कोर्ट द्वारा मोदी सरनेम मामले में दो साल की सजा सुनाने के बाद अब बिहार की पटना कोर्ट ने राहुल गांधी को समन भेज 12 अप्रैल को कोर्ट के समक्ष पेश होने को कहा है. राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ मोदी सरनेम मामले में मानहानि का केस 2019 में बीजेपी नेता और राज्यसभा सांसद सुशील कुमार मोदी (Sushil Kumar Modi) ने दायर कराया था.
सुशील मोदी के वकील एसडी संजय ने बताया कि 'शिकायतकर्ता पक्ष के सभी गवाहों के बयान दर्ज किए गए हैं और सभी साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत किए गए हैं. अब राहुल गांधी के बयान के लिए मामला लंबित है और उनके बयान दर्ज करने के लिए 12 अप्रैल की तारीख तय की गई है.
