ओडिशा: पुरी में जगन्नाथ मंदिर प्राधिकरण ने भक्तों से दीया जलाने के लिए कहा क्योंकि रथ यात्रा के दौरान किसी भी सभा की अनुमति नहीं है. पुरी जगन्नाथ मंदिर के अध्यक्ष कृष्ण चंद्र खुंटिया, ने लोगों से कहा अपने घरों में दीपक जलाएं. और हर कोई रथ यात्रा टीवी पर देख सकेंगे.
