JNU वीसी के तौर पर जगदीश कुमार का 5 साल का कार्यकाल 26 जनवरी 2021 को समाप्त हो गया था. इसके बाद जेएनयू के वाइस चांसलर के कार्यकाल का विस्तार किया गया था.
JNU first woman Vice Chancellor, 7 फरवरी: जवाहर लाल यूनिवर्सिटी (JNU) को पहली महिला वाइस चांसलर मिल गई हैं. सावित्रीबाई फुले पुणे यूनिवर्सिटी की प्रोफेसर शांतिश्री धूलिपुडी (Santishree Dhulipudi Pandit) को यह जिम्मेदारी दी गई है. जारी नोटिस के मुताबिक, शांतिश्री का कार्यकाल पांच साल का होगा. . JNU वीसी के तौर पर जगदीश कुमार का 5 साल का कार्यकाल 26 जनवरी 2021 को समाप्त हो गया था. इसके बाद जेएनयू के वाइस चांसलर के कार्यकाल का विस्तार किया गया था.
