CM अरविंद केजरीवाल को हाईकोर्ट से नहीं मिली राहत, ED को जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए मिला समय

सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल को आज कोई अंतरिम राहत नहीं मिलेगी क्योंकि दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने उनकी गिरफ्तारी और ED रिमांड को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका के साथ-साथ अंतरिम राहत याचिका पर भी नोटिस जारी किया है.

दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल को आज कोई अंतरिम राहत नहीं मिलेगी क्योंकि दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने उनकी गिरफ्तारी और ED रिमांड को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका के साथ-साथ अंतरिम राहत याचिका पर भी नोटिस जारी किया है. ED को जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए समय दिया गया है. मामले की अगली सुनवाई 03 अप्रैल को होगी.
