महाराष्ट्र सरकार में मंत्री नवाब मलिक के दामाद समीर खान (Sameer Khan) को नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो (NCB) ने ड्रग्स मामले में गिरफ्तार किया था. सोमवार को मुंबई की विशेष एनडीपीएस कोर्ट (NDPS Court) में मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट ने समीर खान, सेलिब्रिटी मैनेजर रहीला फर्नीचरवाला और ब्रिटेन के नागरिक करण सेजनानी को जमानत दे दी.
