गर्भपात से जुड़ा Pregnancy Amendment Bill राज्यसभा में भी पास
राज्यसभा में गर्भ के चिकित्सकीय समापन संशोधन विधेयक 2020 को पारित कर दिया है, जिसमें गर्भपात की सीमा को 20 सप्ताह से बढ़ाकर 24 सप्ताह से कर दिया गया है.
मेडिकल टर्मिनेशन ऑफ़ प्रेगनेंसी बिल राज्यसभा में पारित हो चुका है, अब स्पेशल कैटेगरी में 24 सप्ताह तक के भ्रूण का गर्भपात किया जा सकता है. इस बिल के तहत रेप सर्वाइवर , अनाचार, और कमजोर महिलाएं अपना गर्भपात करवा पाएंगी.
