Agniveer: अग्निवीरों के लिए खुशखबरी, अब ब्रम्होस एयरोस्पेस में भी मिलेगा 15 फीसदी आरक्षण

Agniveers Reservation in BrahMos Aerospace: ब्रह्मोस एयरोस्पेस ने अग्निपथ योजना के तहत अग्निवीरों को आरक्षण देने की घोषणा की है. ब्रह्मोस एयरोस्पेस ने कहा है कि अग्निवीर, भारतीय सशस्त्र बलों में 4 साल के कार्यकाल के बाद, राष्ट्र निर्माण की दिशा में काम करने वाले हमारे अत्याधुनिक रक्षा संगठन के लिए एक मूल्यवान संपत्ति बन सकते हैं. इस ऐतिहासिक नीति पहल के तहत, ब्रह्मोस ने पूरे भारत में अपने कार्य केंद्रों में कम से कम 15% तकनीकी और सामान्य प्रशासन रिक्तियों और 50% सुरक्षा व प्रशासनिक रिक्तियों को अग्निवीरों के लिए आरक्षित करने का संकल्प लिया है. नीति में तकनीकी भूमिकाओं के लिए उनके अनुभव और योग्यता के आधार पर तीसरे पक्ष के अनुबंध स्टाफिंग के माध्यम से कम से कम 15% संविदात्मक रिक्तियों के लिए अग्निवीरों को नियुक्त करने का भी प्रावधान है.
