ठेकेदार संतोष पाटिल की मौत मामले में प्रदर्शन करने पर कर्नाटक हाईकोर्ट ने सीएम सिद्धारमैया, राज्य कैबिनेट मंत्री एमबी पाटिल, रामलिंगा रेड्डी और कांग्रेस नेता रणदीप सिंह सुरजेवाला पर 10 हजार रुपए का जुर्माना लगाया है.
Fine imposed on Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah: कर्नाटक हाईकोर्ट ने सीएम सिद्धारमैया, राज्य कैबिनेट मंत्री एमबी पाटिल, रामलिंगा रेड्डी और कांग्रेस नेता रणदीप सिंह सुरजेवाला पर 10 हजार रुपए का जुर्माना लगाया है. इसके अलावा उन्हें कोर्ट में शारीरिक रूप से पेश होने के लिए कहा है.
सीएम सिद्धारमैया को 6 मार्च, परिवहन मंत्री रामलिंगा रेड्डी को 7 मार्च, कांग्रेस नेता रणदीप सुरजेवाला को 11 मार्च और भारी उद्योग मंत्री एमबी पाटिल को 15 मार्च को पेश होने के लिए कहा गया है.
गौरतलब है कि ठेकेदार संतोष पाटिल की मौत के मामले में इन नेताओं ने केएस ईश्वरप्पा की गिरफ्तारी की मांग को लेकर अप्रैल 2022 में एक विरोध प्रदर्शन में हिस्सा लिया था. इसी मामले में कोर्ट ने कार्रवाई करते हुए जुर्माना लगाया है.
