जम्मू-कश्मीर के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेशनल कांफ्रेंस के नेता फारूक अब्दुल्ला ने कहा कि जब तक पाकिस्तान के साथ संबंध बेहतर नहीं होंगे, तब तक हम भारत में कभी भी शांति नहीं देख पाएंगे.
दिल्ली के एक कार्यक्रम में जम्मू-कश्मीर (Jammu-Kashmir) के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेशनल कांफ्रेंस के नेता फारूक अब्दुल्ला (Farooq Abdullah) ने कहा कि जब तक पाकिस्तान (Pakistan) के साथ संबंध बेहतर नहीं होंगे, तब तक हम भारत (India) में कभी भी शांति नहीं देख पाएंगे. उन्होंने कहा कि हम मुसलमानों को आगे बढ़ते हुए नहीं देख पाएंगे, क्योंकि मुसलमानों को देशद्रोही माना जाता है. हम देशद्रोही नहीं हैं, हम भारतीय हैं और बाकियों की तरह अच्छे हैं.
