सेंट्रल विस्टा प्रोजेक्ट पर नहीं लगेगी रोक, दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने कहा- Central Vista महत्वपूर्ण, आवश्यक राष्ट्रीय परियोजना हैं
दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने सोमवार को सेंट्रल विस्टा प्रोजेक्ट को महत्वपूर्ण, आवश्यक राष्ट्रीय परियोजना बताया हैं. कोर्ट ने इस पर रोक लगाने से इनकार करते हुए याचिका ख़ारिज कर दी है. कोर्ट ने निर्माण कार्य पर रोक लगाने से इनकार करते हुए कहा कि चूंकि श्रमिक साइट पर रह रहे हैं, इसलिए निर्माण कार्य को स्थगित करने का कोई सवाल ही नहीं उठता है.
दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने सोमवार को फैसला सुनते हुए सेंट्रल विस्टा प्रोजेक्ट पर रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया है. कोर्ट ने इससे जुड़ी याचिका ख़ारिज कर दी है.
