Sharjeel Imam Grants Bail: शरजील इमाम को दिल्ली HC से बड़ी राहत, भड़काऊ भाषण मामले में मिली जमानत
शरजील इमाम को दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय से बड़ी राहत मिली है. कोर्ट ने नागरिकता संशोधन अधिनियम (सीएए) के खिलाफ कथित भड़काऊ भाषणों से जुड़े मामले में जमानत दे दी है. यानि कई महीनो तक जेल में रहने के बाद शरजील इमाम अब जेल से बाहर आ सकता है.
Sharjeel Imam Grants Bail: शरजील इमाम को दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिली है. कोर्ट ने नागरिकता संशोधन अधिनियम (सीएए) के खिलाफ कथित भड़काऊ भाषणों से जुड़े मामले में जमानत दे दी है. दिल्ली के जामिया इलाके और अलीगढ़ मुस्लिम यूनिवर्सिटी में कथित तौर पर भड़काऊ भाषण देने के आरोप में शरजील इमाम को देशद्रोह और यूएपीए मामले में गिरफ्तार किया गया था. जिसके बाद से ही शरजील इमाम जेल में है. हालांकि जमानत को लेकर कई बार शरजील इमाम की तरफ से याचिका दायर की गई. लेकिन जमानत को लेकर उसकी याचिका ख़ारिज होती रही. शरजील इमाम के भड़काऊ भाषण को लेकर दिल्ली पुलिस ने उसेस बिहार से 2020 में गिरफ्तार किया था.
