दिल्ली कोर्ट ने एमसीडी के पूर्व पार्षद ताहिर हुसैन और दस अन्य के खिलाफ साजिश, दंगा, हत्या और समूहों के बीच दुश्मनी को बढ़ावा देने से संबंधित धाराओं के तहत आरोप तय किए हैं.
दिल्ली कोर्ट ने एमसीडी के पूर्व पार्षद ताहिर हुसैन और दस अन्य के खिलाफ साजिश, दंगा, हत्या और समूहों के बीच दुश्मनी को बढ़ावा देने से संबंधित धाराओं के तहत आरोप तय किए हैं. यह उत्तर पूर्वी दिल्ली के इलाके में हुई हिंसा से जुड़ा मामला है. कोर्ट ने कहा कि ताहिर भीड़ को उकसा रहा था और यह सब घटना के दौरान हिंदुओं को निशाना बनाने के लिए किया गया था.
The court said that Tahir was motivating the mob and all this was done to target Hindus during the incident.
