Naresh Goyal: नरेश गोयल को बॉम्बे HC से बड़ी राहत, मेडिकल ग्राउंड पर 2 महीने के लिए मिली अंतरिम जमानत, कैंसर से हैं पीड़ित

Naresh Goyal Gets Interim Medical Bail From Bombay HC: जेट एयरवेज के संस्थापक नरेश गोयल को बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिली है. कोर्ट ने गोयल को मेडिकल ग्राउंड पर  2 महीने के लिए अंतरिम की अनुमति दी है. कोर्ट ने बाहर आने के लिए जमानत के रूप में एक लाख रुपये जमानत राशी भरने को कहा है.  नरेश गोयल मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में पिछले कुछ समय से जेल में हैं. उनके आवेदन के मुताबिक, वह कैंसर से पीड़ित हैं और उन्हें इसके इलाज की जरूरत है. इसी को आधार बनाकर उनकी तरफ से जमानत को लेकर बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर की गई थी.
