बिहार के एक सरकारी अस्पताल का कांग्रेस विधायक प्रतिमा कुमारी निरिक्षण करने पहुंची थी. प्रतिमा कुमारी का आरोप है कि अस्पताल के डॉक्टर ने उन्हें बैठेने के लिए अपनी कुर्सी नहीं छोड़ी. जिस पर उन्होंने राज्य के सीएम नीतीश कुमार पर अपना गुस्सा निकालते हुए कहा, मुख्यमंत्री कमजोर हो चुके हैं, जिसके चलते अस्पताल के चिकित्सकों को भी प्रोटोकॉल के बारे में पता नहीं है.
