आर्यन खान की तरफ से केस लड़ रहें वकील अमित देसाई ने भी काफी मजबूत पक्ष रखें हैं. उन्होंने कोर्ट में कहा कि एनसीबी ने ऐसे आरोप लगाए हैं जिससे आर्यन दोषी मालूम पड़ता है लेकिन सच्चाई है कि उसके पास से कोई ड्रग्स बरामद नहीं हुई है.
शाहरुख खान के बेटे आर्यन खान की जमानत याचिका पर सेशंस कोर्ट में आज सुबह 11 बजे से फिर सुनवाई शुरू हो जाएगी. कल एनसीबी ने अपना जवाब फाइल करते हुए आर्यन खान के साजिश में शामिल होने का आरोप लगाया था. एनसीबी ने दावा किया कि आर्यन खान विदेश में किसी शख्स के संपर्क में था. जिसके इंटरनेशनल ड्रग नेटवर्क से तार जुड़े हुए हैं.
