AAP Party Office: आप को SC से बड़ा झटका, 15 जून तक पार्टी कार्यालय खाली करने का आदेश

AAP Party Office: सुप्रीम कोर्ट से आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP)को बड़ा झटका लगा है. कोर्ट ने 15 जून तक दफ्तर खाली करने को कहा है. दरअसल, आम आदमी पार्टी के खिलाफ शिकायत की गई थी कि उनका दफ्तर राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट को आवंटित जमीन पर बना है. जिसको लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर करने के बाद कोर्ट ने आप के बारे में यह फैसला सुनाया है.

कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि संबंधित विभाग आप की अर्जी पर 4 हफ्ते के भीतर फैसला ले। कोर्ट ने साफ किया कि कोर्ट को जमीन पहले ही आवंटित की जा चुकी है. उस जमीन पर हाईकोर्ट कर्मचारियों के लिए आवासीय परिसर बनाया जाना है। वहां पार्टी कार्यालय नहीं चला सकता.
