मध्य प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट ने ने लिव-इन रिलेशनशिप में रहने वाली महिलाओं के हक़ में एक बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है. कोर्ट ने कहा है कि किसी पुरुष के साथ काफी समय तक रहने वाली महिला अलग होने पर भरण-पोषण की हकदार है, भले ही वे कानूनी रूप से विवाहित न हों.
MP HC on live-in-Relationship: मध्य प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट ने ने लिव-इन रिलेशनशिप में रहने वाली महिलाओं के हक़ में एक बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है. कोर्ट ने कहा है कि किसी पुरुष के साथ काफी समय तक रहने वाली महिला अलग होने पर भरण-पोषण की हकदार है, भले ही वे कानूनी रूप से विवाहित न हों. दरअसल कोर्ट का यह फैसला एक याचिकाकर्ता की प्रतिक्रिया के रूप में आया, जिसने ट्रायल कोर्ट के उस आदेश को चुनौती दी थी, जिसमें उसे उस महिला को 1,500 रुपये का मासिक भत्ता देने की आवश्यकता थी, जिसके साथ वह लिव-इन रिलेशनशिप में था. यानी कोर्ट के इस फैसले के बाद लिव-इन रिलेशनशिप में रहने वाली महिलाओं को भरण पोषण देने से कोई पुरुष बच नहीं सकता है.
