दिल्ली के सीएम अरविन्द केजरीवाल को दिल्ली शराब घोटाले मामले में दिल्ली की राउज़ एवेन्यू कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिली है. ईडी के समन मामले में कोर्ट ने उन्हें जमानत दे दे दी है.
Delhi Liquor Scam: दिल्ली के सीएम अरविन्द केजरीवाल (CM Arvind Kejriwal) को दिल्ली शराब घोटाले मामले में राउज़ एवेन्यू कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिली है. ईडी के समन मामले में कोर्ट ने उन्हें जमानत दे दे दी है. दरअसल दिल्ली शराब घोटला मामले में ईडी दिल्ली के सीएम अरविन्द केजरीवाल को एक के बाद एक करीब 8 समन भेज पेश होने को कहा था. लेकिन अरिवन्द केजरीवाल कोर्ट में पेश ना होकर ईडी के समन को रद्द करने को लेकर याचिका दायर की थी. उनके जिस याचिका पर आज दिल्ली की राउज़ एवेन्यू कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. कोर्ट ने मामले में सुनवाई करते हुए ईडी के समन मामले में उन्हें जमानत दे दी. बताना चाहेंगे कि दिल्ली शराब घोटाला मामले में ईडी का शिकंजा कसता जा रहा है. शुक्रवार को तेलंगाना के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री केसीआर की बेटी के. कविता को ईडी ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया.
