Wrestling at Paris Olympics 2024: 5 अगस्त(सोमवार) को निशा दहिया महिलाओं की फ़्रीस्टाइल 68 किलोग्राम भारवर्ग के क्वार्टर फ़ाइनल में उत्तर कोरिया की सोल गम पाक से हारकर पेरिस ओलंपिक 2024 में पदक पक्का करने से चूक गईं है. पहलवान को मुक़ाबले में चोट लग गई थी और अपनी प्रतिद्वंद्वी पर काफ़ी बढ़त लेने के बाद वह काफ़ी दर्द में थीं. उत्तर कोरियाई पहलवान ने बाद में मुक़ाबले में वापसी की और बाद में 10-8 से मुक़ाबला जीत लिया. दहिया ने काफ़ी दृढ़ता दिखाई लेकिन उनकी चोट ने उन पर हावी हो गई और वह मुक़ाबला हार गईं और पदक से चूक गईं.
