भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन (ISRO) ने आंध्र प्रदेश के श्रीहरिकोटा स्थित सतीश धवन अंतरिक्ष केंद्र से SSLV-D3/EOS-08 मिशन की तीसरी और अंतिम विकासात्मक उड़ान का सफल प्रक्षेपण कर दिया है.
ISRO SSLV-D3 EOS-08 Satellite Launch: भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन (ISRO) ने आंध्र प्रदेश के श्रीहरिकोटा स्थित सतीश धवन अंतरिक्ष केंद्र से SSLV-D3/EOS-08 मिशन की तीसरी और अंतिम विकासात्मक उड़ान का सफल प्रक्षेपण कर दिया है. यह मिशन पृथ्वी अवलोकन सैटेलाइट (EOS-08) को ले जा रहा है. इससे पहले पीएसएलवी-सी58/एक्सपोसैट और जीएसएलवी-एफ14/इनसैट-3डीएस मिशन सफल रहे थे. यह मिशन SSLV की आखिरी डेवलपमेंट फ्लाइट है. यह 34 मीटर लंबा रॉकेट है, जिसे 500 किलोग्राम तक वजन वाले छोटे उपग्रहों को लो अर्थ ऑर्बिट (LEO) में स्थापित करने के लिए डिजाइन किया गया है.
