Lok Sabha Elections 2024: पूर्व भारतीय क्रिकेटर और पूर्वी दिल्ली से भारतीय जनता पार्टी (BJP) के सांसद (सांसद) गौतम गंभीर दिल्ली में लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 के छठे चरण में अपना वोट डाला. बता दें की फ़िलहाल गंभीर आईपीएल 2024  में कोलकाता नाइट राइडर्स के मेंटर है. आईपीएल 2024 के फाइनल कोलकाता का मुकाबला हैदराबाद से होगा. समाचार एजेंसी एएनआई ने इसका वीडियो भी साझा किया है.

इस दौरान वोट डालने के बाद गंभीर ने कहा, "मैं बस इतना कहना चाहता हूं कि हर किसी को बाहर आना चाहिए और यथासंभव बड़ी संख्या में मतदान करना चाहिए. यह हमारी शक्ति है, यह हमारा लोकतंत्र है और लोकतंत्र को और भी मजबूत बनाने के लिए लोगों का बाहर आना और बड़ी संख्या में मतदान करना महत्वपूर्ण है." जिस तरह से सरकार ने पिछले 10 वर्षों में काम किया है, हां, उन्होंने विकास के लिए काम किया है, देश आगे बढ़ा है और उम्मीद है कि लोगों को भी इसका एहसास होगा और लोग आज भी ऐसा करेंगे, खासकर दिल्ली के लोग".
