साउथेम्प्टन में लगातार हो रही बारिश के चलते भारत बनाम न्यूजीलैंड क्रिकेट टीम के बीच खेले जानें वाले आईसीसी वर्ल्ड टेस्ट चैंपियनशिप के पहले दिन के पहले सेशन का खेल बिना कोई गेंद फेंके रद्द कर दिया गया है.
लंदन, 18 जून: साउथेम्प्टन (Southampton) में लगातार हो रही बारिश के चलते भारत बनाम न्यूजीलैंड क्रिकेट टीम के बीच खेले जानें वाले आईसीसी वर्ल्ड टेस्ट चैंपियनशिप के पहले दिन के पहले सेशन का खेल बिना कोई गेंद फेंके रद्द कर दिया गया है. यही नहीं बताया जा रहा है कि अगले पांच दिन भी साउथेम्प्टन में मौसम खराब रहने की आशंका है. साउथेम्प्टन में खराब मौसम को देखते हुए क्रिकेट फैंस आईसीसी (ICC) के प्रति अपनी नाराजगी जाहिर कर रहे हैं, जो इस प्रकार है-
The ICC should've known the English condition and after what happened in the first stage of 2019 World Cup, there wasn't any necessity to go with England again for WTC final. It just irritates everyone when you wait for months and then rain spoils the event.
