चमोली पुलिस के मुताबिक, देर रात भारी बारिश के कारण गैरसैंण-कर्णप्रयाग एनएच 109 का एक हिस्सा बह गया है. गैरसैंण से कर्णप्रयाग और नैनीताल जाने वाले लोग सड़क के दोनों ओर फंसे हुए हैं.

देहरादून: पहाड़ों पर बारिश से तबाही जारी है. उत्तराखंड के चमोली में एक सड़क बीचों-बीच से टूट गई जिससे आवागमन पूरी तरह ठप पड़ गया है. चमोली पुलिस के मुताबिक, देर रात भारी बारिश के कारण गैरसैंण-कर्णप्रयाग एनएच 109 का एक हिस्सा बह गया है. गैरसैंण से कर्णप्रयाग और नैनीताल जाने वाले लोग सड़क के दोनों ओर फंसे हुए हैं. न्यूज एजेंसी ANI ने घटनास्थल का वीडियो साझा किया है.
उत्तराखंड के कई जिलों में आज भी भारी बारिश के आसार हैं. मौसम विभाग ने देहरादून, टिहरी, पौड़ी, हरिद्वार, नैनीताल, चंपावत और ऊधमसिंह नगर के लिए भारी बारिश का ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया है.
