आतंकवाद पर विदेश मंत्री डॉ. एस जयशंकर ने शनिवार को कहा कि आतंकवाद हमारी आजादी के समय ही शुरू हो गया था, जब तथाकथित हमलावर पाकिस्तान से आए थे. आज इस देश में क्या बदलाव आया है, मुझे लगता है कि मुंबई 26/11 निर्णायक बिंदु था.
