तमिलनाडु में कोरोना संकट के बीच चेन्नई के वंडलूर जू में एशियाई शेरों में कोरोना वायरस पाया गया है. कुछ शेरो में जहां कोरोना के लक्षण पाए गए है. वहीं एक शेर की कोरोना वायरस से मौत हो गई है. जू में में शेरों को कोरोना संक्रमित पाए गए जाने के बाद उनके इलाके के लिए उन्हें क्वारंटाइन में रखा गया है.

Tamil Nadu | A COVID19 outbreak was reported in the Asiatic lions at Arignar Anna Zoological Park- Vandalur Zoo, Chennai on June 3. Few of the lions found symptomatic and one of them died due to the disease. All Asiatic lions have been quarantined, treatment underway.
