SC On Abortion: सिंगल, विवाहित सभी महिलाएं अनचाही प्रेगनेंसी का करा सकती हैं गर्भपात: सुप्रीम कोर्ट
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने गुरुवार को कहा कि सभी महिलाएं सुरक्षित और कानूनी गर्भपात की हकदार हैं. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि किसी महिला की वैवाहिक स्थिति को उसे अनचाहे गर्भ गिराने के अधिकार से वंचित करने का आधार नहीं बनाया जा सकता है. अविवाहित और विवाहित महिलाओं को गर्भावस्था के 24 सप्ताह तक मेडिकल टर्मिनेशन ऑफ प्रेग्नेंसी एक्ट और नियमों के तहत गर्भपात का अधिकार है. अदालत ने आगे कहा कि एक विवाहित महिला की जबरदस्ती गर्भावस्था को बलात्कार के रूप में माना जा सकता है..
