SC Blow To Shinde Camp: महाराष्ट्र में उद्धव सरकार गिरने के बाद मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंचने के बाद कोर्ट ने शिंदे गुट के खिलाफ बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए कहा कि स्पीकर के फैसले को गलत बताया है. हालांकि कोर्ट ने अपना अंतिम फैसला नहीं सुनाया है. जो अब इस मामले की सुनवाई बड़ी बेंच को सौंपा गया है. जो अब इस मामले की सुनवाई बड़ी बेंच करेगा. बता दें कि महाराष्ट्र में शिवसेना विधायकों की बगावत के बाद महाराष्ट्र विकास अघाड़ी गठबंधन सरकार पिछले साल जून में गिर गई थी. इसके बाद 30 जून को शिंदे ने मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ ली थी. इसके खिलाफ उद्धव ठाकरे सुप्रीम कोर्ट का रूख किया. जिस पर पिछले कुछ समय से चली आई रही सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट ने यह बात कही.
