रामचरित्रमानस पर टिप्पणी करने के आरोप में समाजवादी पार्टी के के नेता स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्य के खिलाफ यूपी में एफआईआर दर्ज हुआ है. उनके खिलाफ शिकायतकर्ता शिवेंद्र मिश्रा ने शिकायत की थी
Ramcharitmanas Row: रामचरित्रमानस पर टिप्पणी करने के आरोप में समाजवादी पार्टी के के नेता स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्य के खिलाफ यूपी में एफआईआर दर्ज हुआ है. उनके खिलाफ शिकायतकर्ता शिवेंद्र मिश्रा ने शिकायत की थी. शिवेंद्र मिश्रा के शिकायत के आधार पर पुलिस ने सपा नेता के खिलाफ IPC की धारा 153a, 295A, 298, 504 505(2) के तहत केस दर्ज किया है.
